America’s youth and the quality of our education systems are the backbone of America’s future.

Developing a strong connection between young people, our local unions, educators and the world of work is important to the Teamsters Union. We want to help young people find good jobs in high wage, high growth industries. We know where these jobs are, and that is why we have launched our Skills for Tomorrow Website.

We want to help young people succeed. I think our organization is uniquely positioned to assist young men and women as they make the critical decisions today about the career they hope to pursue upon graduating from high school.

The Teamsters Union is about building a better tomorrow, for our members, their children, and young people everywhere. Let's all work together to get our kids on the right track — today.

James P. Hoffa
General President
International Brotherhood of Teamsters
