Remove Yourself from the Listserv

To remove yourself from the list, please enter your first and last name below (as you did when you signed up) and press "Unsubscribe." If your browser is able to send email messages from your email account, you will see an email message window when you click "Unsubscribe." Simply send the message to remove yourself from the list.

Problems? No Email Pop-up Window?

If an email pop-up window did not open up for you, please send an email to imailsrv@ibtstw.org with the following text in the message body:

unsubscribe updates first_name last_name

Replace "first_name" and "last_name" with YOUR first name and last name respectively. Then click the Send button.

NOTE: This email must come from the email account that is currently receiving our mailings. The first and last name you enter must be exactly the same as when you subscribed.

After you send your subscription request you will receive an unsubscribe confirmation email to the email account you sent the message from.
