Interest in Computer Careers
Declines
With fears of unemployment and outsourcing
looming, enrollment in computer science programs has
declined at schools across the nation. This comes at a time
when the Labor Department projects that the number of jobs
for computer software engineers will grow 46 percent from
2002 to 2012, leading to fears that there will be a shortage
